ogan County has a wealth of natural and scenic beauty for visitors, including Mt. Magazine, the highest point in Arkansas. Mt. Magazine is host to the International Butterfly Festival to be held in June. Come take a look at our vistas and enjoy our many recreational opportunities.

Subiaco Abbey and AcademySubiaco Abbey and Academy - Established by Bendictine monks in 1878, stretches over the crest of gentle green rolling hills east of Paris on State Scenic Highway 22. Facilities include Subiaco Academy, a world-renowned college preparatory and boarding school for boys, Coury House Retreat, meeting and guest facility, and the Subiaco Monastery. Visitors may tour St. Benedict Abbey Church and grounds at their leisure or guided tours are available upon request.
